I got my start as a painter, smashing pigment into a rough canvas. Today, I create digital illustrations by finely manipulating pixels. Throughout my career as an illustrator and artist, I’ve gained an increased appreciation for visual storytelling and being able to communicate through imagery. My background in painting complements the endless possibilities offered by digital artforms, and I weave traces of these traditional art-making techniques in my current works. As an artist who’s worked in various mediums, I pride myself on being able to respond to the demands of an evolving society with contemporary elements as well as hints of nostalgia.

During my time off, I'm usually helping my dog scratch an itch or searching for someone to beat me at ping pong.
